Swift County – Benson Hospital
The Swift County-Benson Hospital has been in operation since 1912 and has a strong tradition of excellence in our community.  A well-staffed group of family practice physicians, nurse practitioners and outreach specialists work together to provide a wide range of medical services for Benson and the surrounding area. In fact, for two years in a row, Swift County-Benson Hospital was selected as one of the Top 100 Small Hospitals in the US.

Appleton Area Health Services
The Appleton Area Health Services is a not-for-profit, city owned organization that consists of a 15-bed critical access hospital, a 53-bed skilled nursing facility, medical clinic,  and 31 senior living apartments. AAHS is committed to providing high quality health care servcies in a personalized, caompassionate manner, in a an environment that enhances human worth. In 2011 awarded the Minnesota Bridges to Excellence Champions of Change (MNBTE) Quality Award.

Physicians
ACMC-Benson maintains three family medicine physicians and two nurses practitioners. Outreach specialists from ACMC provide services in gastroenterology, dermatology, general surgery and obstetrics/gynecology. ACMC-Benson is part of ACMC’s multi-specialty network in West Central and Southwest Minnesota, with 11 clinics and more than 160 medical providers.

Provides mental health care services to the five county area in West Central Minnesota.

Woodland Centers
Headquartered in Willmar, MN, Woodland Centers provide family counseling, psychological and audiological testing, psychological services of a resident psychologist and referrals to the Willmar State Hospital.

Public Health
Countryside Public Health
Countryside provides home health aides and home health services, coordinates emergency medical services planning, conducts immunization and blood pressure clinics, and does water testing. Benson serves as the headquarters of this five county public health service.

Golden LivingCenter Meadow Lane 
This 92 bed nursing facility provides 63 licensed skilled nursing beds and 29 licensed board & care beds.
